Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation (CCF) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. It is a service for both patients and healthcare professionals. It allows patients who do not want to contact a healthcare professional or insurance company initially to get some advice from trained staff at CCF.
